🛌 Getting enough sleep , taking breaks, slowing down or simply breathing deeply allows our body to regenerate , reduce inflammation, balance our hormones and strengthen our immune system . Sleep is therefore a vital necessity, just like breathing, drinking or eating, because sleep is essential for the proper functioning of the body.
